Floral
I’ve always liked floral shapes and forms. For me they are like abstract symbols and reminders of beauty. Perhaps I need to be with beauty as an act of resistance to the external chaos. Over time I found myself translating ‘Murmurs’ more and more into floral forms and even intentionally evoked impressions of roses, peony or Iris blossoms. Beauty doesn’t always mean light and easy however. Sometimes it’s fierce.
